My name is Katja Raunio. I am 39 years old and a mother of three little kids. My previous profession was to be a hairdresser, I educated new hairdressers as well. About 10 years ago I went to Australia. I studied personal training and gym instructor. All my life time I have been active with sports. When I was a teenager I trained all kind of dance styles from disco dance to ballet. With a partner I took part at a show and dance competition. Then I left active contend and walked on to lead group exercises. Pilates, yoga, horse riding has been my loving hobbies. When I found wellbeing exercises I decided to study more and I got a sport and classical massage certificate. Those gave me more deep understanding of human body and helped me as a personal trainer. I know how to relieve back pains, work off posture problems, traumas and other pains. Also my own experiences with pain has been good education of body wellbeing.
I would like to recommend myself to be your personal trainer if you suffer any pains and you still want training or get rid of pains. Or if you need trainer who has “ sensitive eye” for hobby what ask special control for deep muscle and body balance. Or I f you looking for trainer who motivating you for weight lost and teach you right tecniques. Educator experience I know how to talk and show example.
